KnowledgeSpark is an engineering-education platform focused on VLSI, ASIC, analog and digital design, offering self-paced courses, live cohorts, mock tests, webinars and internship programs, along with tools for instructors to teach and for recruiters to discover talent.

You must provide accurate registration information and keep your password confidential. You are responsible for all activity under your account. Instructor and recruiter accounts are subject to review and approval before they become active. We may suspend or terminate an account that violates these Terms, provides false information, or is used for fraudulent or abusive activity.

When you purchase a course, bundle or membership, we grant you a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to access that content for your personal, non-commercial learning use. Course videos, PDFs, assignments, quizzes and other materials remain the property of KnowledgeSpark and its instructors. You may not copy, redistribute, publicly share, sell or sublicense course content, or share your account/login with anyone else.

Content drip, module locking, and access windows (for time-bound cohorts or memberships) may apply as described on the relevant course page.

Prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) unless stated otherwise and are payable through our payment partner, Razorpay. We do not store your card, UPI or bank details — these are handled directly by Razorpay under its own security and privacy practices. You are responsible for any taxes applicable to your purchase.

Refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. To request a refund, contact us at info@knowledgespark.in as soon as possible after purchase, with your order details and reason for the request. Refunds are generally not available once a substantial part of a course has been accessed, an assessment has been attempted, or a certificate has been issued. Membership subscription fees already billed are non-refundable except where required by law.

Certificates issued by KnowledgeSpark confirm that you completed a course’s lessons and assignments (and, where applicable, passed its assessments) on our Platform. They are not a government-recognized degree or professional accreditation. Certificate authenticity can be checked using the certificate number on our certificate verification page.

You agree not to:

• Share, resell or publicly redistribute course content or your account credentials;
• Attempt to scrape, reverse-engineer, or bypass access controls on the Platform;
• Upload unlawful, infringing, or abusive content in assignments, reviews or Q&A;
• Impersonate another person or organization, or submit false information (including in job or organization listings).

Students may choose to make their profile discoverable to recruiters as part of our placement features. Recruiters with an active membership can search verified student profiles and, subject to their plan, view contact details and resumes. Students can review this activity at any time from their account and control their visibility — see our Privacy Policy for details.

The Platform is provided “as is.” To the extent permitted by law, KnowledgeSpark is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform, including outcomes such as job placement, interview results, or exam performance, which depend on factors outside our control.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the “Last updated” date above. Continued use of the Platform after a change means you accept the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bhubaneswar, Odisha, India.
